OK…So I should apologize for not writing for the last couple of weeks (on a food related topic). The restaurant as been busy and I have been trying to get ready for the upcoming menu change next month, which means the the specials are rolling out of the kitchen! [...] Wow…I believe that this is my first post of the new year! I figured that this would be a recipe for making mini corn dogs (which I still plan to do) but instead it is about our inclusion in the Best of ’09 issue of Riviera magazine.
