Adventure cooking classes are, in my opinion the best way to not only experience a destination, but to also learn a bit while you are there. You get down and dirty, shopping for the days meals (on some trips), finding the freshest ingredients possible. Then you return to the villa and work with the chef to prepare the days lunch. After lunch and a couple of hours to yourself it's back to work, working on the evenings dinner. Each trip is custom, each is unique and each will be remembered long after you have returned home.

I am offering 3 different trips. Italy being the most hands-on.

Imagine this...your own Tuscan villa, your own private chef. Wine tastings, shopping for the days meals and relaxing on a 70 acre villa in the heart of Chianti. Wandering through centuries-old villages and drinking great wine. Ancient roman ruins, fantastic trattorias and great company rounds out this trip.

Then there is Vietnam. Hanoi to Saigon, Hue, Hoi An and Dalat. 5-star hotels, gourmet cooking classes and a personalized tour of a country some only dream of experiencing. Great sights, picturesque scenery and people as friendly as family. Oh yes, and we cannot forget the Pho!

Sonoma...this trip is in the planning stages. Once I nail down this villa I will add a description and more information.
